Number Block - Number Fun

MAKE LEARNING FUN - As seen on CBeebies, Numberblocks makes maths for children fun. It is suitable for children from 3 years old up and comes with the electronic number cube, 10 interactive number blocks and a storage bag. Measuring 10cm x 10cm x 10cm, it is a lightweight and portable toy that you can use on the go. The on/off switch also allows you to adjust the volume so it is appropriate to the setting. Note: this learning toy needs 2 x AAA 1.5v batteries. To preserve battery life, the cube switches off after 45 seconds without input and can be reactivated by pressing any button.

SO MANY ACTIVITIES TO CHOOSE FROM The maths cube and counting blocks help children to learn basic numbers and key maths skills with every new adventure. There are 8 fun modes and the first can be activated by pressing the + button once. Then your little one can play 'Number Magic Addition' by putting two number blocks into the cube to hear the sum of those two numbers. Pressing the button again starts the 'Plus One' game which will ask them to insert the corresponding number block. The second mode is Numberblocks Adventure, which will ask the child to insert the numbers into the cube in the correct order. This is followed by 'Hide and Seek', where the cube will ask for a number to be found and placed into it to improve number identification. Fourth up is 'Number Magic Subtraction', working similarly to the first game but instead teaching how to subtract one number from another. You can play 'Meet the Numberblocks' together in the next activity adventure. Simply insert a block into the cube and it will tell you everything you need to know about that number. 'Blast Off!' mode will really get their imaginations going by asking them to count backwards with the blocks to blast off to space. For more advanced development, they can play 'Meet Blockzilla', which will ask them to pick up two numbers. The cube will then ask for the larger number of the two to be placed in the cube, helping children to understand the different values of numbers. Finally, they can 'Play with Big Tum', who will read out a list of numbers and then ask which number was missing
